CheerFit Privacy Policy

CheerFit is a workout and skill-tracking app for cheerleaders and gymnasts. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data Stored on Your Device

CheerFit stores the following information locally on your device:

• Your display name and avatar selection
• Exercise and skill progress (learning, practicing, mastered)
• Workout routines and logs
• App preferences

All of this data remains on your device. It is never transmitted to us or any third party.

No Data Collection or Tracking

CheerFit does not:

• Collect or transmit any personal information off your device
• Use analytics, crash reporting, or telemetry services
• Include advertising or ad-tracking SDKs
• Use third-party SDKs that collect data
• Track your activity across other apps or websites

In-App Purchases

CheerFit may offer in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's own privacy policy governs those transactions.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

CheerFit does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from any user — including children under 13 — to any server or third party. All data stays on the device. Because no personal information leaves the device, CheerFit complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Deleting Your Data

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the CheerFit app. No data will remain on any server because none was ever sent.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
