1. The offer
- An eligible CheerFit installation (the “inviter”) shares its invite code with a friend.
- The friend uses a separate CheerFit installation and claims that code within seven days after registering for referrals.
- The friend records at least one qualifying activity on each of five consecutive local calendar dates.
- After CheerFit verifies the streak, the inviter may claim one free CheerFit Pro App Store offer code.
If more than one friend uses an inviter’s code, the first eligible friend to complete and verify the streak earns the inviter’s single reward.
2. Eligibility
The inviter and friend must each be at least 13 years old, use a supported version of CheerFit, and live in an App Store country or region where CheerFit and the Pro offer are available. A parent or guardian must approve participation when required by local law.
The friend must be another person using a separate CheerFit installation. The friend may claim only one inviter’s code, and each friend may qualify only one inviter. The same installation cannot refer itself. Reinstalling the app, resetting app data, or using another device to appear to be a new friend does not create eligibility.
The inviter must not have previously earned a reward through this program. Apple separately determines whether the inviter’s App Store account can redeem the offer.
3. The five-day streak
A “qualifying activity” is an activity that the current version of CheerFit counts toward its activity streak. The friend must record at least one such activity on five dates in a row. Multiple activities on one date still count as one day.
Dates are the local calendar dates reported by the app and accepted by the referral service. To allow offline use and ordinary time-zone differences, a submitted date can be up to 14 days old or one day ahead of the date at the referral service when it is received. Accepted dates are also bounded by referral registration and invite-claim time, with a one-day UTC margin for normal time-zone boundaries. A missed date ends the current run; the friend can begin a new five-day run on a later date. Activities actually recorded before the invite is claimed do not count. Changing a device clock or time zone to manufacture additional days is not allowed.
4. The Pro reward
Each eligible inviter may earn one reward: a one-time-use App Store offer code for CheerFit’s non-consumable Pro upgrade at no charge. The reward has no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, refunded, or replaced with cash. It is intended only for the inviter who earned it.
Once the code is successfully redeemed, Pro does not expire. Access remains tied to the Apple Account used to redeem it and may be restored through the App Store, subject to Apple’s services and CheerFit’s continued availability. Someone who already owns Pro receives no substitute reward.
5. Timing and expiration
The program currently has no scheduled end date. If CheerFit ends the program, an end date will be posted on this page. A friend who claims an invite before that date will have seven additional calendar days to finish the streak. Rewards already earned are not cancelled by a later program end.
Apple requires one-time-use offer codes to expire. The inviter must redeem the reward by the expiration date shown with the code in CheerFit. An unredeemed code has no value after that date. CheerFit may end or suspend the program sooner where required by law, Apple, fraud, abuse, or a technical event outside our reasonable control.
6. Fair use
Do not create fake referrals, control both sides of a referral, automate activity, manipulate dates, use emulators or duplicate installations to claim extra rewards, sell codes, or interfere with verification. CheerFit may withhold or cancel a reward reasonably linked to abuse and may ask for information needed to resolve a disputed qualification. We will not ask for workout details or contact-list access.
Only the first reward earned by an installation is valid. A technical error, duplicate message, or duplicate code does not create an additional reward.
7. Privacy
Referral participation uses random, account-free installation identifiers, the inviter relationship, qualifying calendar dates, and reward assignment information. CheerFit does not request contacts or tell the inviter which friend opened a link. See the Privacy Policy for collection, use, retention, and deletion details.
8. App Store redemption
The offer code must be redeemed through Apple’s App Store using an eligible Apple Account. Redemption, country or region availability, account eligibility, and store services are controlled by Apple and subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not a sponsor or administrator of CheerFit’s referral program.
If an earned code fails before its displayed expiration date, contact us so we can verify the reward and, when the failure was not caused by ineligibility or misuse, provide a valid replacement.
9. Support and changes
Questions or reward problems may be sent to cheerfit@arick.io. Include the invite code, but do not send workout details, payment information, or an App Store password.
We may update these terms prospectively. A material change will be posted here with a new effective date and will not remove a reward already earned under the terms that applied when it qualified. The general Terms of Use also apply. If these referral terms conflict with the general terms about this program, these referral terms control.
